Probably not a type that is of much use in Georgia.

Presumably named after Pisgah Mountain.

Sorting Criteria

Rectilinear complicated stamping on grit-tempered pottery.

Chronological Range

Middle Mississippian.

Geographical Range

Western North Carolina, and perhaps extreme northeastern Georgia.
