Background

This type is based upon William Sears' excavations at the Kolomoki site in Early County from 1948-1951.

This type is essentially a form of late Swift Creek Complicated Stamped.

Sears defined a few types based upon motif, but we know now that there are so many hundreds of motifs that it would be useless to give type names to them all.

Name is not recommended.
