Named after the town of Columbia, Alabama in Houston County.

Sorting Criteria

Medium incising in angular designs on sand / grit-tempered pottery, usually on the inside of flaring-rim bowls.

Chronological Range

Middle Mississippian.

Geographical Range

Central Chattahoochee River valley and sporadically at other places in interior Georgia.
